During Summer 2024 I conducted an independent study under the guidance of Dr. Marsellos through Hofstra University focusing on the effects of pollution on temperature. I analyzed the recent “unmasking” effect occurring in China and provided premiliary support into the new hypothesis which states that a decrease in pollution will lead to increase in global warming due to certain pollutions reflective properties.
